Here you will find my lecture notes for most of the modules I deliver, there are also some videos of the lectures. I spent quite a lot of time writing them, so I would be very happy if they were of use to other people. So please do feel free to reuse them in your courses, learn from them, print them, bit-torrent them etc... I have released the notes under the Creative Commons BY-SA license. In principle it means you can do what you like with the notes, as long as you attribute the fact that I wrote them, and allow other people to also share any derivatives you make of my material.
